On The Management
Charles Dunkin is a member and manager of the firm’s Videotape Deposition Production and Editing department. Mr. Dunkin is the lead videographer and editor for the video deposition production and editing department. Mr. Dunkin has also managed the on-site installation and operation of courtroom computer graphics presentation systems. He has supervised multimedia presentation in a number of high profile matters such as Rodney King v. City of Los Angeles, Shell Norco, General Signal v. MCI, Hughes Aircraft v. United States Government, Celtech v. L.A. Cellular, and Nestle v. Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Dunkin is proficient on a variety of systems used in videotape deposition editing including linear and non-linear systems. Prior to founding On The Record, Inc., Charles held the position of Director of Multimedia Editing at Litigation Sciences, Inc. His credentials to produce videotape depositions include being a Notary Public for the State of California. He earned his bachelors degree in Mathematics from Kenyon College.
